In 1997 she was one of 130 yachts greater than 65' (19m) delivered by all yacht builders combined, and the 33rd largest yacht built by the world-renowned superyacht builder Oceanco, based in Netherlands.
Motoryacht JOY has had one custom refit, in 2024. She also has three former names registered, Lazy Z, Lady S, and Accolade, which suggests that the JOY yacht sold, changing ownership three or more previous times.
