Onboard the MMM Yacht
The MMM yacht is ranked number 1,322 among the world’s largest yachts.
In 1993 she was one of 102 yachts greater than 65' (19m) delivered by all yacht builders combined, and the 89th largest yacht built by the world-renowned superyacht builder Amels, based in Netherlands.
Motoryacht MMM has had one custom refit, in 2014. She also has two former names registered, KARIMA and MAUPITI, which suggests that the MMM yacht sold, changing ownership two or more previous times.
Measuring in at a length of 160' 9" (49m) and boasting a beam of 29' 6" (9m), MMM's grandeur is matched only by her spaciousness. Her draft of 11' 7" (3.53m) allows for an interior volume of 537 GRT (gross registered tons) which contributes to her exceptional performance on the open ocean.
The styling of the MMM yacht features exterior design by Terence Disdale Design and interior design by Peter Marino. Up to 12 guests can be accommodated on board the superyacht MMM in 5 staterooms. MMM also has accommodations for 15 crew members, including the yacht’s captain.
Constructed with a Steel hull, and Aluminium superstructure, she offers ample exterior and interior space.
Powered by three Caterpillar main engines, each generating 549 horsepower, for a total combined output of 1,647 horsepower. Notably, the MMM yacht is one of 2,632 yachts greater than 65’(19m) with Caterpillar engines.
